Aftercare

A little love goes a long way. Here’s how to care for your new tattoo.

Whether you’ve just received an areola restoration, scar camouflage, or stretchmark revision, following proper aftercare is essential for healing and long-term results. These aren’t just tattoos—they’re part of your healing journey. Take your time. Be gentle. We’ve got you.

General Aftercare Instructions

  • Leave the bandage or wrap on for 2–4 hours after your appointment unless instructed differently.

  • Use lukewarm water and a fragrance-free, gentle cleanser. Wash with clean hands—not a washcloth.

  • Use a clean paper towel or let air dry. No rubbing.

  • Apply a very thin layer of the recommended aftercare balm or ointment. Avoid over-saturating.

  • Don’t scratch, pick, or peel. Let your body do its thing.

  • No baths, swimming, saunas, or hot tubs for at least 10 days.

  • Keep the area out of direct sunlight. Once healed, use SPF to protect your results.

Touch Ups

Touch-ups are often a natural part of the process and will be discussed during your appointment. If you experience any irritation, excessive redness, or signs of infection, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Free consultations are always available if you have questions about your healing or results.
